New Business Executive

Servers Plus - seeking an New Business Executive to join our growing company. The New Business Executive will play a crucial role in building relationships with our clients, developing new, and dormant accounts. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them solve their IT infrastructure challenges by providing expert advice, and producing accurate and competitive quotes. The role will be Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days working from home.,

• Manage a database of existing customers


• Develop and grow new customer accounts


• Ensure customers receive excellent customer service


• Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers


• Negotiate pricing and raise sales orders


• Convert new customers to actively buying


• Contact prospective customers to promote products


• Revive dormant customer accounts


• Assist customers with IT infrastructure related queries
  
  Proven and demonstrable experience in Account Management and Business Development


• Possess strong business acumen with problem solving attitude


• Self-motivated and driven


• Composed and confident telephone manner


• Focus on delivering excellent customer experience


• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex environment


• Team orientated


• Computer literate - MS Office (intermediate Excel) / knowledge of CRM platform formats


IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Trade or technical experience is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided
