Full Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for the Family Hub service, providing information, advice and guidance to families on local childcare, funding and services and will provide administrative support to the team. Based in the Whitehawk Family Hub you will provide reception cover, administrative support and be part of the Navigator Team citywide signposting families and providing information, advice and guidance.

The post is fulltime 37 hours, applicants will need to be willing to provide cover at Family Hub sites citywide.
