Multi-Skilled Operative - Major Works

As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Major Works team, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties. This will include all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled trades person, including plumbing, carpentry, Bricklaying / Groundwork i.e. wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks, as requested by the Major Works Supervisor.

We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services., Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
Have multi skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work
Outstanding customer care skills
PASMA Tower Scaffold certified (desirable)
Working on scaffolding / ladder harnesses experience (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence
