Momentum Youth Service

Engagement Manager

Voluntary Norfolk Sector Support

22.5 hrs per week

This is a rewarding and exciting opportunity

for someone building a career in the youth work

sector to help strengthen and develop services

for children and young people in Norfolk

delivered by VCSE organisations.

It is an ideal opportunity for someone with a

background in delivering youth activities or support services to develop into a strategic role that

supports young people to flourish.

Working closely with Children’s Services, the rest of Voluntary Norfolk’s VCSE Support team and, especially, with the Events & Networks Coordinator (Youth Work) you will lead the development of the Youth Work Network and the Voluntary Sector Forum (children, young people & families), disseminate key information and act as advocate for the sector.

You will be a great relationship manager,

good at managing multiple priorities and have a commitment to working collaboratively and inclusively.

You will be joining a small, committed, and creative team, passionate about making a difference.

Salary: £32,497 - £35,321 per annum pro rata,

based on experience (based on 37 hours per week)

Base: St Clements House, 2–16 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1BQ. A hybrid working policy is in place.
