Minibus Driver (PSV) - Home to School Transport

We are a thriving local business who are recruiting for a number of part-time, term time only, Home to School Transport Minibus Drivers in the Northamptonshire area.

These roles can provide significant job satisfaction through assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) attend school having a safe and happy journey. Each Driver is supported by a Passenger Care Assistant.

Roles are part time typically between the hours of 07:00 - 10:00 and 14:30 -17:30 (minimum of 25 hrs a week) and operate only in school term times. Pay is calculated on this basis plus 28 days holiday entitlement equally a paid 43.6 weeks per year, paid in 12 equal instalments in monthly pay.

Drivers will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check - (The company will pay for the DBS checks)

For insurance purposes our drivers must have at least 2 years driving experience. Ideally you should have a clean driving licence however exceptions may be made for the right candidate.

You must have

• Category D1 (WITHOUT 101 RESTRICTION) Minibus or Category D Bus / Coach driving licence entitlement.
