Marketing Executive

Due to an exciting new project, we are recruiting for an Administrator (Trade Marketing) for a one-year fixed term period, working as part of the small, friendly Commercial Operations team, based in Sheffield. Reporting into the Category Manager, this role will provide support to both the Salesforce and Sheffield Office team.

The Trade Marketing role has been a great platform to expose team members to wider roles and business projects, which has led to career progression into various roles throughout the Bestway Vans Business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Be the first point of contact for Salesforce queries.

2. Work with the Category Manager to create sales tools.

3. Data entry in the form of maintaining back-office systems which drive our iPad selling tool.

4. Create daily and monthly communications to send to the Sales team to keep them informed on key updates.

· To be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn with a positive attitude.

· Have a good eye for detail and organisation skills.

· To be confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

· Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

· Trade Marketing Experience not essential.
