M&E Operative

Due to the continued success and growth of the company we are currently seeking to add an M&E operative to our team. A driving license is a must, as an M&E operative you will be remotely based (jobs will be issued via software) and travelling to different sites daily. Starting your day from home you will be expected to work on your own initiative but will also be required to work as team where required.

As a company we offer reactive maintenance & pre planned servicing to communal areas of apartment blocks.

We are currently underway with a large-scale visual fire door inspection project which is where you will start when joining the team.

As the role grows it will not just be limited to door inspections as we aim to upskill the department to carry out services such as, emergency light testing, site inspections, lamp changes, creation of asset registers amongst other things.

No experience is necessary but if you are motivated, respectful, good with people, driven and are keen to learn new things we want to hear from you as we will provide the onsite training.

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Property Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
