Local Plans Team Leader

A busy Local Authority is currently recruiting for an Interim Local Plan Team Leader to join the team for an initial 3-months, although the contract will extend beyond until the completion of the Local Plan. They are looking to get someone started quickly!,

• Local Plan in reg 18 and will be ready for consultation later in the year.


• Leading and managing the Local Plan with one direct report and two indirect reports.


• Representing the council in formal proceedings such as examination.


• Provide advice to members of the public and colleagues.


• Reporting into the Planning Policy Manager.
