Laundry Operative

General duties include:

Duties to include (but not be limited to):

· To help process workwear garments throughout the laundry

· Be able to work alongside other colleagues in all the departments

· Arrange and sort workwear garments in multiple areas of production

· Liase with the office on any issues or customer queries in timely manner

· Keeping the general work area organised, clean and tidy

· Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be organised with the ability to use your own initiative and have strong people skills, with the ability of picking up new systems. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a small team whilst also understanding how your duties fit into the wider company and its objectives.

General dexterity and physical fitness is required for the position.

This is an opportunity to work Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends, for a family friendly local company.

Monday to Thursday 7.00 am until 4.00 pm

Friday 7.00 am until 12.00 pm

39 Hours per Week
28 days holiday (based on 5 day working week) per year including bank Holidays
