Laborer

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various physical tasks, which include, but are not limited to; pushing wheel barrows of tarmac, working around the machine with a shovel and ensuring all jobs run smoothly with an high standard finish every time.

We work in and around the Southampton area so candidates will need to live in or near to Southampton. We often travel to places like Portsmouth, Bournemouth or sometimes further for work. We meet at our yard in Botley and travel up together in the work van so you will not be expected to make your own way to jobs.

The sucessful candidate will recieve a minumum of 40 hours per week, and saturday morning jobs are an occasional optional way of earning some extra money.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job.

- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and pushing wheel barrows.

- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
