Full Job Description

  • Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling bids, from executive summaries to technical responses, methodologies, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with client needs.

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain bid documents, including templates, proposals, and reference materials. Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accuracy and relevance in bid submissions.

  • Quality Assurance: Review bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and company standards. Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in content, formatting, and messaging.

  • Deadline Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion and submission of bid responses.

    As a Junior Bid Writer, you'll work closely with senior bid writers to produce high-quality bids, often managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. You will need to be organised with a strong attention as well as having excellent communication skills. We are particularly welcoming applications from individuals with the following:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of bid writing experience

  • Familiarity with bid writing processes and best practices

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.
