- Offering 1^st line support to all of our sites across Teesside
- Setting up and monitoring telephone systems and troubleshooting issues
- Connecting company devices to the companies networks and VPNs
- Configuring and installing company hardware including laptops, mobiles, desktops and printers
- Password resets and setting up security access for all employees
- Installing and configuring software packages such as Office 356 and MS packages
- Passion for IT
- Basic understanding of IT
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial
- Minimum grade of C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths, Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role

£17,500 per annum - Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven IT Apprentice eager to explore and expand their technical capabilities. Whether you're a self-taught tech enthusiast or a recent graduate looking to start your career, we want you on our team.
Due to an exciting growth period introducing 4 new warehouses and offices to our catalogue, they are now looking for a passionate IT Support Technician to support their group.
Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):
Full training to be provided by Baltic Apprenticeships and Leader Online Limited.
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme.
