    Baltic Apprenticeships are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic client to support with their next IT support technician apprentice. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven IT Apprentice eager to explore and expand their technical capabilities. Whether you're a self-taught tech enthusiast or a recent graduate looking to start your career, we want you on our team.

    Due to an exciting growth period introducing 4 new warehouses and offices to our catalogue, they are now looking for a passionate IT Support Technician to support their group.

    Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):

  • Offering 1^st line support to all of our sites across Teesside

  • Setting up and monitoring telephone systems and troubleshooting issues

  • Connecting company devices to the companies networks and VPNs

  • Configuring and installing company hardware including laptops, mobiles, desktops and printers

  • Password resets and setting up security access for all employees

  • Installing and configuring software packages such as Office 356 and MS packages


  • Full training to be provided by Baltic Apprenticeships and Leader Online Limited.

  • Passion for IT

  • Basic understanding of IT

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial

  • Minimum grade of C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths, Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role

    £17,500 per annum

  • Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holiday

  • Free parking
