IT Apprentice

As an I.T Apprentice you will be working within an existing team of I.T technicians dealing will the first line support calls and also liaising with second- and third-line support.,

• Creating user accounts, password resets, adding printers, etc.


• Dealing with support requests via the IT Help desk and also supporting via phone and sometimes face to face.


• Monitoring multiple IT systems producing first line checks to help highlight and issues.


Desired Knowledge

• Windows 10/11 knowledge.


• Basic networking knowledge.
