Installation Engineer

We are looking for a Time-lapse technician to learn the range of skills required for long-term time-lapse and the technologies involved. This is a varied role where rarely will two days will be the same. With several projects ongoing around the country and occasionally abroad, the role will include site visits with and without clients, practical and technical work when installing our camera systems, as well as maintaining and building the camera systems ready for installation, and keeping the workshop, van and tools organised., Install and assemble timelapse cameras to client requirements
- Follow detailed instructions and plans to ensure accurate installation
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress effectively

A keen desire to learn and pick up new skills

Clean UK driving license

CSCS Card

Technological competence

Demonstrable problem solving

Comfortable working at height.

Any of the following would be a bonus but not essential:

Rigger experience, own transport, IPAF, First Aid, health and safety training, basic electrical understanding, experience with CCTV, familiarity with Linux., Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve installation issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and telecommunicate effectively
