In Flight Operations Executive

This is an exciting, fast paced job that is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to build their career in a prestigious industry. You'll be the first point of call with our customers and work with our kitchen and logistics team to the point they are loaded onto the jet.

What you'll do

• Receive customer orders and requirements by phone and email and face to face.


• Ensure timely and courteous responses to client communication.


• Liaise with kitchen team to ensure accurate preparation of client's meals and requests.


• Liaise with the logistics team to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries of orders.


• Manage invoicing of new orders and chasing payment of outstanding invoices.


• Support the sales team by upselling throughout the process to maximise profitability and deliver more value for our customers.


• Adhere to strict security protocols to ensure we maintain Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Department for Transportation standards.
  
  Excellent customer service skills.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong IT skills.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Somebody who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work.


• Good project management skills: each order is treated like a mini project.


• An individual who is proactive and takes the initiative to coordinate a range of different personalities across the kitchen and logistics teams


• Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.


• We're regulated by the CAA so require a 5 year checkable work history as part of our referencing process.

• Basic salary of £30k.
