Full Job Description

Fixed Term until 31 March 2025 to cover Maternity Leave.The Healthy Lifestyles Team are seeking maternity cover for the Healthy Lifestyles Practitioner role in the east of the city. The role is 34 hours per week with the option to work flexibly across the week.
The role is a mixture of service co-ordination and delivery. Overseeing activity across The Acorns, Marfleet and Little Stars Family Hubs, providing some elements of front line provision and delivery of wellbeing sessions. This may include delivering health related workshops to parents of young children, providing opportunities for new and expectant mums or attending infant feeding network meetings amongst other responsibilities. The role will oversee aspects of the First 1001 Days delivery team, providing provision for families with 0-2 year olds.
There will be line management responsibilities for three members of staff, experience of this task would be ideal.
Interviews will take place across 6th and 7th June.
