Full Job Description

Join our team as a Health Care Assistant at Ramsey District Cottage Hospital where you'll assist the Registered Practitioners and Senior Healthcare Assistants in the delivery of care to all patients, to support activities of daily living. This will include activities such as assistance with dietary and nutritional needs, personal and oral hygiene, moving and handling and monitoring and recording of basic observations.

You will communicate with patients and their family and friends on a daily basis, so we're looking for someone who's approachable with great interpersonal skills, to ensure all patients receive high quality, individually planned care.

You don't need any qualifications for this role and you'll receive comprehensive on the job training. As well as this, you'll also be supported to obtain the RQF Level II Qualifications in Health and Social Care if not already attained.
