Full Job Description

Join our dynamic team, in this role that is pivotal to the smooth running of our head office and creating a welcoming environment. You will be the organised administrator of the team, the one who keeps everything moving forward, allowing the rest of the organisation to focus on supporting young people.,

  • Being a natural organiser, you will follow set processes and even when working under pressure, you will make sure you cover the nuts-and-bolts part of your job with ease.

  • You will play a key part in ensuring that the health and safety at our head office is adhered to and you will conduct regular checks to identify any potential hazards and risks and will implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Using your detail-oriented skills, you will ensure nothing gets missed in running reception at our busy head office.

  • Being an admin pro, you will process information and create documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Being empathetic and understanding, you will serve as the first point of call for visitors and young people.


  • You will be in the FAST (Facilities and Systems) team and your line manager will be our Central Services Manager.
