Head of LAS Boarding

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced and dynamic pastoral assistant to help drive, manage, and deliver excellence in boarding at Loughborough Amherst School.

The successful candidate will ensure that regulatory compliance is met at all times, and that there is an ongoing desire for the implementation of best practice.

The post holder will be required to help support with the effective management of staffing, organisation and resourcing of the boarding houses and to ensure provision for the safety, wellbeing, and positive personal development of the pupils.

Induction is available for any staff who have not previously undertaken boarding duties. We are a vibrant, diverse community and welcome applications from all backgrounds, as well as from experienced teachers, ideally on a full-time basis.
