Hardwood Supervisor

The successful applicant will be required to ensure that all customer's hardwood orders are picked accurately, providing excellent customer service at all times. You will also need to oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, to ensure that stock is stored safely and a tidy and safe work environment is maintained.

We are looking for someone who is able to lead by example to ensure that best practice is observed with all daily tasks. A good understanding of Health and Safety is also a must-have. Applicants must be professional and approachable and a competent IT user.

Experience of using a forklift truck and a good knowledge of timber is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.

You will be working within a small close knit team and will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone with the likeability factor, someone that our customers will look forward to seeing as they know that they will receive excellent service every time.

You will also be required to be hard working, have a positive attitude, have a willingness to learn and an eye for detail.
