Full Job Description

Party Hosts, · Ensuring your uniform is clean & presentable at all times.

  • Marshall the customers on Ninja Course.


  • Continuously monitor Health & Safety.


  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service & complaint handling.


  • Provide guidance to customers & demonstrate techniques if required.


  • Carrying out visible safety checks on the Ninja Warrior Courses.


  • Ensuring customers have observed safety rules.


  • Ensuring customers abide by the park rules.


  • Watch out for misbehaviour & use the three strike rules.


  • Contribute to the smooth running of parties in co-ordination with Party Host.


  • Maintain cleanliness throughout day.


  • Reporting injuries to Court Supervisors or Management.


  • · Demonstrate excellence in customer service & complaint handling.

    · Serve Cold & Hot Beverages.

    · Serve confectionary, cakes other readily prepared food.

    · Cook and prepare snacks.

    · Clean tables and counter surface.

    · Keep kitchen clean throughout day & carry out clean at end of day.

    · Take cash and cards payments.

    · Assist with serving party food and contribute to the smooth running of parties in coordination with Party Team on shift.

    · Wash up dishes and cups etc.

    · If Qualified deal with injuries including filling out an injury form.

    · Serve on reception desk.

    · Take & check bookings via Roller.

    · Check for participants signing waivers.

    · Issue coloured wrist bands.

    · Taking bookings over the phone.

    · Answering customer queries over the phone & in store.

    · Upsell Ninja Warrior Merchandise at reception.

    · Make Tannoy announcements.

    · Checking in parties if party host is not present straight away.

    · Taking Party Bookings (including payment and food orders).
