Full Job Description

We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the community, providing compassion and excellent customer service to those with transport accessibility needs , many of whom have mobility difficulties.

This rewarding minibus driving role is available for those looking to provide a reliable, safe and essential service to join our fabulous and welcoming team in Birmingham, We have depot in Aston.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role

With full training provided, we will welcome your application whether you have a D1 licence or a Manual Cat B car licence!, To be recognised as a Master Driver, you will have progressed from professional to an advanced driver, whilst maintaining an elevated level of safe driving and excellent customer service.

As a Master Driver you will be an IAM member, which brings many additional benefits including discounted breakdown cover, potential reductions on car, motorcycle and home insurance along with savings on many other lifestyle purchases .

This is a full time position, offering 38.75 working hours per week. With a;

  • Variable shift pattern, between 06:00-23:30

  • Working any 5 days out of 7 across Monday-Sunday

  • Driving a minibus to and maintaining a scheduled timetable

  • Caring for customers as needed during your services, inclusive of;

  • + Carrying shopping bags door to door
    + Pushing manual wheelchairs on incline
    + Operating tail lift
    + Kneeling to secure wheelchairs/scooters

  • Conducting routine vehicle checks, ensuring your vehicle is safe and clean
