As a Forecast Planning & Control Manager at Sodexo, based in our Salford, London, or Stevenage offices (depending on your location), you are not only a strategic thinker but also a catalyst for change. As the manager of Forecast Planning & Control, you'll play a key role in shaping our food management strategies, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiencies. What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain the DRIVE strategy for effective management of the food management system across the UK&I.

  • Lead the delivery of accurate and timely costing of food services menus and manage direct labour cost frameworks.

  • Coordinate with the Global Food Platform team to support the evolution of DRIVE processes.

  • Ensure robust compliance measures across the business and lead action plans for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance business processes and add value.

  • Manage and communicate system updates and maintain strong data control to support business decisions.

  • Mentor and guide your team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.

    Proven ability in developing costing models and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of food management systems and their implementation in complex operations.

  • Experience in using data to drive decision-making and business changes within the food industry.

  • Excellent people management and coaching skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage high volumes of work effectively.

  • Knowledgeable about food product and menu development, with a clear understanding of the role of food in Sodexo.

  • Ability to lead and manage a data entry team within a dynamic food service environment.
