Schneider Electric in UK & I is ~1B€ turnover company, a leader in Energy Management, operating around 3 business models: Transactional (product), Systems (projects) & Services
The Finance organisation is made of ~100 people across the zone and is structured around 2 pillars, Business Finance and Governance (End to End Accounting and Internal Control, Tax, End to End Credit and Treasury).
As Finance Systems & Data Architect, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team and actively participate in the Unify Journey to Readiness, ensuring pre-requisites are deployed with both Systems and Data., · Participate as part of the core team in the deployment of the Performance Bonus pilot, ensuring UK&I essential requirements are met as well as smooth deployment of Group standard solution.
· Identify efficiencies in current processes for optimization and improvement of data quality. Communicate these changes to the finance function and wider business as appropriate.
· Collaborate with the Accounting team on LEO and integration of Ecoact, ensuring required system or data changes are implemented.
· Execute Journey to Readiness principles, in regard to:
o Digital architect
o Business transformations
o Data cleansing and Governance.
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANIZATION
The incumbent will report solid line to UK and Ireland Transformation & Data Leader.
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
The incumbent will be in frequent relations with :
· Transformation Team
· Territory Chief Accounting Officer
· Head of Business Finance
· Group Finance teams (Central, BU and Europe Ops)
· Zone Business Leaders
· Zone GSC and ETO organisations
· Business Data Hub

· Business school or Engineering University graduate with a Major in Finance or Computer Science
· 10 years of experiences, preferably commercial finance experience
· Capacity to drive change and influence multiple stakeholder groups
· Proficient with Data analysis and automation tools
· Multi cultural and Multi locations management skills
· Capacity to drive process change
· Problem solving skills to identify problems or gaps in the financial systems, solve problems in a creative manner, and implement opportunities for improvement
