Full Job Description

As a Filling Operative you will be responsible for the day to day filling of customer orders within our manufacturing plant. Working alongside our teams to ensure customer orders are met on time and in full. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be involved with being at the heart of growing our global luxury paint and wallpaper brand.,

  • Follow health and safety training within the department and on site ensuring that personal safety and that of colleagues is paramount.

  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.

  • Fulfil orders according to market and route requirements.

  • Restock materials to ensure no downtime is experienced.

  • Maintain the quality and service expected of a premium brand.

  • Work as part of a team to ensure service levels are fulfilled and escalate any issues that may impact this.

  • Must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays and emergencies.

    Proactive, positive, and driven.

  • Flexible and reactive to busy peak periods.

  • Be able to work in a high paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Previous Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.

  • Basic numeracy and literacy.

  • Having technical knowledge of paint and wallpaper are desirable.


  • This role will require regular lifting and manual handling of Farrow & Ball products and additional training will be offered where needed.

    We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Manufacturing Team in Wimborne as a Filling Operative. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, early Shift 6am - 2pm.
