Full Job Description

We are looking for that unique person to join our team who can incorporate the company and its values. You are not just selling a product; you are enhancing people's lives online by providing the best possible solution, Alncom can provide Ultrafast broadband where others fail to do so, for an affordable price. You will be able to sell on the door, on the phone and most importantly you will be the first point of call. You will be the face of Alncom, generating interest in the area before converting opportunities into orders. We have a market leading fibre network spanning across Northumberland and Durham, that we and our customers are incredibly excited about.,

  • The face of Alncom in your area

  • Generating leads and gathering contact details

  • Converting warm leads into connections

  • Carry and exceed your own sales targets

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service

  • Deliver companies KPI's

  • General administrative and clerical duties related to role

  • Providing relevant feedback and information from your town to the team

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients

    5 days a week (Monday - Saturday) rotational shift system with 2 days a week out of hours working.

  • Excellent awareness of the area

  • Face to face cold calling experience

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Mature and responsible attitude

  • Genuine passion for technology

  • Effective problem solving and people skills

  • Able to work as part of a team and deliver a great customer service

  • A drive for excellence and high mindfulness, a desire to learn and grow

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member in a start-up
