In support of our continued UK growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. Your role as Field Marketing Manager
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our cybersecurity, automation, and networking portfolio and services in the field. You will work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams, vendors, and partners to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth objectives., o Develop and execute field marketing plans and programs to deliver commercial impact and accelerate the pipeline for our fast-growing sales teams
o Work collaboratively with commercial colleagues to identify and understand sales opportunities, and create solutions to drive demand (and, ultimately, results)
o Strategise, plan, execute, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns, events, and activities, including seminars, workshops, and conferences, to engage prospects and customers
o Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, to leverage co-marketing opportunities and drive mutual business growth; manage Marketing Development Funds alongside the Business Development Manager
o Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports on field marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to management and key stakeholders
o Ensure feedback from sales leadership to drive alignment of marketing investment, balancing marketing and sales requirements
o Develop and own sales and marketing tooling for lead generation and data capture

We hire smart, high-energy people! We expect that the successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity or function, including driving field marketing efforts for a technology B2B organisation (cybersecurity industry preferred). Outstanding communication and social skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships with key partners, and closely align with the sales and technical teams, is a must.
Additional requirements include:
o Right to Work in the UK
o Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), HubSpot, and intent-based marketing and reporting tools
o Ability to balance and prioritise workload across multiple simultaneous projects
o Organised and pragmatic problem-solver; ability to develop campaign recommendations and plans
o Ability to analyse data and present results in a digestible manner
o Proven budget management experience
o A positive, customer-centric attitude with the motivation to deliver an exceptional experience at field events

o This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance each week at our Basingstoke office (free hot & cold drinks, breakfast items, snacks, lunches, and regular takeaway Fridays are provided to all staff in the office!)
o Hours are full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
o Some travel should be expected, including overnight stays in the UK and occasionally abroad when necessary
o You should have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to meetings and events
