Full Job Description

Are you passionate about maintaining top-notch premises for staff, students, and visitors? Do you thrive on ensuring efficient operations and impeccable upkeep?

We're seeking a Facilities Services Manager (FSM) to oversee the functionality and maintenance of our premises. As an FSM, you'll be responsible for managing janitorial, domestic, reprographic, front of house services, and maintenance operations. Your role will involve developing maintenance schedules, strategies, and protocols to address issues promptly and prevent future problems., Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
- Ensure efficient operation of janitorial, domestic, reprographic, and front of house services.
- Liaise with contractors and manage reception duties.
- Optimize space usage and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Manage staff and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all users.

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve effectively.
-Professional qualification in FM/BM or Customer Services
-NEBOSH general/construction certificate
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
-Previous experience managing the facilities and staffing functions within a large building or buildings.
-Previous experience managing the work of maintenance staff and contractors.,

  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
