We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team. Our Studio is located in the heart of Notting Hill, the tube station Notting Hill Gate is at 2 min walk. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eyelash extensions and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you have a talent for enhancing natural beauty and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you., Perform eyelash extension services with precision and attention to detail
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate styles
- Upsell additional services or products to clients
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Proven experience in eyelash extensions at least for 2 years with certifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and retain clients
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales
- Ability to manage appointments effectively and maintain organized records

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (preferred)
