Full Job Description
- Analysis, interpretation and manipulation of data, principally being schedules of values
- Using websites and internet searches to enhance or verify provided information eg. Improving address accuracy
- Examination and interpretation of policy documents to extract appropriate data
- Creation and maintenance of data within Client's systems eg. Application of policy terms and conditions
- Use of Client modelling software (eg. RiskLink and TouchStone) in order to upload cleansed files and run Natural Catastrophe models.
- Quality assurance of cleansed or modelled files.
- Regularly communicating with clients in a professional manner
- Compliance with Client's quality standards and turnaround times in order to meet contracted service level agreements
- Resolve or escalate queries to Management / Client as appropriate
Knowledge of the insurance industry and understanding of business classes is essential - Ability to deliver accurate information with a strong attention to detail
- Experience of exposure management processes advantageous but not essential
- Microsoft Excel skills including working with formulae
- Excellent time management and flexibility combined with strong organisational skills to meet Client requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and Clients
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple client teams.
