Full Job Description

Collaborate with the Deskside Support teams across all sites to deliver a high-quality service to our AXA colleagues regardless of location
Incident management ownership and resolution
Support and fulfil requests
Successfully work in a team covering support throughout the working day
Provide daily on-site support at our Ipswich office with occasional travel to other sites
Ensure the new starter and leaver processes are adhered to
Provision of access and general 'How do I' queries
Office moves, cabling and asset management
Comply with all Security, Risk and Audit requirements
