We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team.with at least 2 years experience. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. This is a vital role in our practice, as you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling various administrative tasks., Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments

- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims

- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and personal details

- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation

- Assist with billing and financial transactions

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow

- Follow office policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in using dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent,
