Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to be a part of a family-run drinks wholesalers near Abingdon, Oxfordshire? We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. Not only will you have the chance to deliver drinks to our valued customers in and around the Oxfordshire area, but you will also get to contribute to our warehouse operations. If you possess a clean driving license, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle heavy lifting, this is the perfect job for you!
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
- Play a vital role in delivering kegs, casks, and packaged drinks to our esteemed customers in pubs, clubs, restaurants and festivals throughout the Oxfordshire area.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and collecting payments from customers.
- Work as a team to efficiently unload and load incoming deliveries using a forklift.
- Assist in organising our shelves and rotating stock when required, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule of four days one week (Tuesday to Friday) and six days the next (Monday to Saturday). While contracted hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, we typically finish by 3 pm most days, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
