Deal Shaper - Quality Engineering and Assurance Public Sector

A deal shaper focusses on working with the Key Stakeholders at the customer side to create and convert opportunities for the Quality Engineering & Assurance service line. The deal shaper will also position our Industry leading Offerings to the CXO level audience, work on integrated deals with other business units and create world class solutions.,

• Contribute to business development & pre-sales activities and own the narrative to the customer


• Partner with customers to explore options and better define their needs


• Identify customer problems and map back to offerings and capabilities


• Work with external partners in identifying the right tools and resources for the customer


• In some instances, participate in Day 1 teams for a defined period


• Generate thought leadership
  
  Extensive understanding of modern Quality Engineering principles including but not limited to Automation, Non-Functional & Product testing


• Strong exposure and ability to be able to articulate testing solutions and value proposition to Public Sector clients


• Strong exposure and experience in pre-Sales/Solutioning and Deal Shaping


• Strong inter-personal skills to be able to navigate in a matrix organization


• Strong financial acumen to construct deals of complex nature


Nice to Have Skills.

• Understanding of GenAI from a testing context


• Published white papers / Articles or speaking experience at testing conferences globally


• Hands-on delivery experience in any of the UK Public Sector companies, Expert in the field of Quality Engineering assurance with Certifications
