Full Job Description

The key task of this to is to analyse and rapidly correct small to medium data change requests. These requests will come from our consumers and clients. This includes:

  • Data corrections to resolve consumer disputes.

  • Monitor and uphold the overall integrity of our data.

  • Verify, asses, and ensure the quality and accuracy of our data.

  • Deliver data extracts, and reports to various business areas.

  • Support Data Loading.

    Good communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiar with SQL Server Management Studio environment.

  • Comfortable working with large datasets.

  • Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Ability to use own initiative.

  • Ability to Problem Solve efficiently and effectively.

  • Ability to follow procedures but the skills and motivation to improve them.

  • Ability to multitask well.


  • Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Data manipulation techniques.

  • SQL/T-SQL queries of a simple to medium complexity.
