Full Job Description

  • Handling incoming customer service requests via telephone and email

  • Processing orders

  • Resolving customer queries

  • Make changes to customer accounts as required

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • General administration tasks as required

    We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a Customer Services role who can work enthusiastically and flexibly to support business growth. If you are a "can-do" individual with a passion for customer service, you will fit in well with us!,
  • Telephone based customer service experience

  • Computer literate - MS Office Suite

  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload

  • Positive outlook and well presented

  • Confident communicator

  • Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle, A-Level or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)
