Job Description: As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with greeting and welcoming patients

· Learning to manage appointment bookings and schedules

· Providing basic information about our services and treatments

· Shadowing experienced staff to understand administrative tasks

· Assisting with maintaining a clean and organised reception area

· Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members

· Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive patient experience

· Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills

Are you looking to kick-start your career in customer service? Do you have a passion for helping others and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment?, · GCSE's in English & Maths Grade C or above (equivalent)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer service role

· Genuine interest in the dental industry and commitment to delivering excellent patient care

· Professionalism and a positive attitude

· Fluent in English
