Full Job Description

· Liaise with customers and insurance companies over the phone and face to face providing the best customer experience.

· Update the customer on each stage of the repair process and provide them with estimated completion dates.

· Organise the collection and delivery of vehicles. Liaise with drivers to ensure the smooth running of the collections and deliveries.

· Scan invoices and attach them to the repair on the system.

· Make sure all parts received are correct for the job.

· Take excess and retail payments and ensure the figures add up correctly for the day's takings.

· Be responsible for the site's banking, credit card payments, cash and cheques and taking to the bank.

· Make sure all job packs are correct and up to date.

· Sign off work ensuring each stage of the repair has been completed.

· Have the ability to learn more areas of the business, e.g: parts admin etc.

· You are committed to delivering an excellent customer service and go above and beyond.

· You have an excellent phone manner as well as face-to-face skills.

· You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

· You are a team-player.
