Customer Sales Advisor

· Make outbound calls to existing Mark Bates Ltd customers (no cold-calling involved)

· Advise new and existing customers on our range of products;

· Generate new and renewal sales;

· Meet sales and performance targets and KPIs

· Committed to providing high quality customer service;

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

· Able to work independently and as part of a team;

· Numeracy and IT competent;

· Thrives in a fast-paced, friendly team environment;

· Self-motivated.

No previous experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

  · Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm., · Basic salary + unlimited commission; OTE £25k to £30k per annum following probationary period. Probationary period salary £22.5k, · Competitive basic salary & commission
