Communications Executive (Email Automation)

WHAT TO EXPECT

This role is to support the activities of the Client Comms team in delivering Client Communications for Vehicle Connected Services (VCS). Currently we are focused on delivering external comms to support the ecommerce platform that our Services transact on, and in the near future we will be creating and delivering campaigns centred around VCS's product offering.

You'll focus mostly on managing the comms related actions for market rollout. This could be liaising with a translation agency to have email content translated, supporting EU stakeholder engagement when we require market contacts to review email journeys, working with our Creative partner and making sure they have all required comms items to launch Services in another market.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud


• Action edits to email templates in line with campaign execution process


• First point of contact for defect fixes


• Facilitate translation of email copy with support from external agency


• Work with market stakeholders to validate and localise translated email content


• Create and monitor Purchase Orders


• Support reporting requirements, and the team to deliver dynamic template structures and personalised email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as part of the Connected Services rollout plan


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

As the Communcations Executive (Email Automation), you'll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Basic html knowledge - understanding of editing content in html and use of AMP script for personalisation


• Content management on an email platform e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp or HubSpot


• Experience in setting up and monitoring automated email journeys


• Experience liaising with agency partners and collaborating to deliver projects
