Full Job Description

  • Good communication skills

  • 3+ years commercial experience as a plumber

  • Should be able to read and understand drawings

  • Should be able to independently

  • Must have own tools

    Due to the companies continued growth in the and on the back of multiple contract wins, MSH Mechanical Services is looking for a number of Commercial Plumbers to undertake a variety of plumbing tasks on new a build apartment project in Manchester


    • The works include a qualified plumber carrying out the below.
  • 1st fix plumbing water services with Upronor and copper pipe.

  • 1st and 2nd fix solvent weld waste installation.

  • Sanitary Installation.

  • 1st and 2nd fix kitchen sinks.

  • Pressure testing

    £200 - £300 a day - Full-time, The initial project duration will be 10-12 months, with the chance of follow on works for the right candidate.


    • Hourly Rate - £22-23ph depending on experience, paid on a CIS basis. Price work will be available also with £250-£350 per day achievable.
