Full Job Description

This is a critical position to drive and optimize CTM's supplier revenues across Europe. The position will be responsible for the tracking and analytics of airline, accommodation, transport, and other suppliers and will provide supplier performance reporting, ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and guidance to supplier owners and other business colleagues.

Additionally, this position will be part of the global analytics team working to produce global reporting and data. This position will work with other teams within CTM, project manage and drive resolution of data integrity issues here in the UK and across the global supplier network.

  • Experience within a similar role within the travel industry, Agency, Air or Hotel.

  • 3+ years in an analytical role with demonstrated experience in modelling, analysis, research and presentation creation.

  • Knowledge of Power BI

  • Expert level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other analytic tools.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.

  • Experience creating frameworks to assess new business opportunities.

  • Proven track record independently defining and executing key analyses and developing specific solutions to increase business performance. Experience in airline, travel or e-commerce industry preferred.
