Full Job Description
To assist with caring for children attending the after school club which is run in the Church Hall in Danescourt. Hours are Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 6.00pm during term time (17.5 hours per week). Extra hours are available during the school holidays, in holiday club. (Pay is spread over 12 months of the year), Reporting to the Manager of Ladybirds Day Nursery
Responsible for a small team of staff (One to One supervisions, appraisals)
To collect children from the local Primary school.
To prepare and serve healthy snacks and drinks.
To supervise the children and organise activities.
To maintain the cleanliness of the setting.
To build relationships with the parents.
To provide a happy and nurturing environment for the children.
Need to be organised, to keep up to date with administrative duties including planning, registers etc
Responsible for inspections by CIW and Environmental Health
