Full Job Description

To work as part of the community nursing team; we deliver a 7 day service , including some weekends.
The post holder will undertake a broad range of care activities, including wound care and venepuncture
The role will require some flexibility and this may require the post holder to work across acute and community in response to service demands.
To support the delivery of patient care and other duties that contributes to the care environment. This might include, for example, having a "Link" role; supporting therapy and nursing/medical staff.
To support the delivery of a range of duties that support patient care and maintain a suitable working environment.

The method of payment for this is via salary deduction from your first month's pay.

This exciting role is to work as a Clinical Support Worker Higher Level within the multidisciplinary team working across Redcar PCN within Tees Community Nursing.

Candidate must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes
