Client Support Specialist

As the UK's leading ultrasound healthcare provider, Ultrasound Direct is part of TFP, the largest fertility provider in the UK and Northern Europe. Ultrasound Direct have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Support Specialist to join their progressive and friendly clinic teams. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will work closely with the ultrasound teams to deliver high quality patient focussed care and support, together with administrative clinic duties. You will meet and greet our patients, provide phlebotomy and chaperoning services, administrative duties to include banking, dealing with appointments and clinic sales. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional multitasking abilities to include patient centred care, phlebotomy skills, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to timely administrative duties. You will be expected to work in both our Oxford & Reading Clinics.

· Minimum 1 years' experience in a patient focussed environment

· Excellent computer literacy skills and ability to use various IT programmes

· Excellent numeracy skills

· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads

· Phlebotomy skills (training provided where necessary)

. Driver essential

· Right to work in the UK

· Required language: English.,
