Class 2 HGV Tramper Driver

We are looking for a full time Class 2 tramper driver to join our small but friendly team, driving our 18t curtain side truck. As a company we specialise in same day and dedicated shipments, and customer service is always key for us, so we highly recognise and value the importance of excellent drivers with them being the forefront and representation of our company on collection and delivery sites.

• This role would suit someone who likes a bit of variety, as no 2 days are usually the same!


• As this role is dependent on customer demand, there are no particular set working hours, and will largely be required to leave the BH area Monday and may not be back until the Friday


• Tax free overnight layovers will be paid in addition to your annual salary


• Our work can cover anywhere across the UK, but also may be occasionally required for runs into Europe, so an in-date valid passport is essential


• The job role is generally Monday-Friday, but the occasional weekend work may be required


• 1 year's HGV driving experience essential, and a maximum of 6 penalty points on your driver's licence


• Valid driver's CPC and digital tachograph card required


• Previous experience and confidence driving a HGV in busy cities, inclusive of Central London, is essential


• Previous tramping experience is essential


• Some physical and heavy lifting whilst loading and unloading will at times be required


• Start date: ASAP, Do you have a valid driver's CPC and digital tachograph?


• Do you have a minimum 1 year's HGV driving experience?


• Do you have previous tramping experience?


• Do you have an in-date valid passport?
