Full Job Description

  • Respond to CHP service enquiries, breakdowns, and issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve faults.

  • Travel across multiple sites within the designated area.

  • Troubleshoot effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records using our bespoke management system.

  • Comply with company Health & Safety, environmental, and quality management systems.

  • Participate in the regional on-call rota.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Experience with Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems.

  • Knowledge of industrial gas systems.

  • Ability to understand and complete risk assessments.

  • Experience in a mobile engineering role is advantageous.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both via telephone and face-to-face.

  • Experience with generators is desirable but not essential.

  • Capable of interacting with a diverse range of customers from various industries.
