Carpenter

In this role as a carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out all carpentry tasks related to repairs and maintenance on our Flagship properties, supporting other trades and colleagues across the business, to provide outstanding repair service for our tenants and the homes they live in., · Installation of doors (Internal and external)

· uPVC windows ( repair/ renew)

· Glass (install of double glazed units and glass)

· Locks, friction hinges and all associated door and window furniture

· Ceramic tiling

· Basic painting and decorating skills

Candidates must have the following:

· Trade-specific qualifications OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with carpentry.

· Full UK Driving License

· A good knowledge of property repairs

· Good understanding and knowledge of basic health and safety

· Experience of property maintenance

Contract: Full time and permanent.
