C1 Driver Trainee / Installer Trainee 7.5T John Lewis Partnerships Customer Delivery Hub in Stanley Green is recruiting for C1 Driver Trainees and 7.5T Installer Trainees.

If you already hold a valid C1 Licence, DCPC and Tachograph Card then the Installer position is for you. You will embark on the John Lewis & Partners Installer accreditation to become a fully qualified Customer Delivery Driver Installer.

• Full, clean Category B driving licence (standard car driving licence) and previous driving experience


• Must be aged 18 or over


Installer Trainee - Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

• (UK) C1 driving licence


• DCPC (Drivers Qualification Card)


• Tachograph Card


• Previous experience driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle


• Previous experience in a customer facing role


• Strong verbal communication skills both over the phone and face to face


• Able to cope with the physical requirements of the role (you will spend a lot of time delivering large two man items such as sofas, white goods, sports equipment, furniture, beds, and mattresses etc... ).


• Basic understanding of technology

  Salary: Driver Trainee £11.75ph and Installer Trainee from £27,200 - £33,900 - this would include a 3.1% shift premium when working on the PM shift., Hours: 41 Per Week, working 4 out of 6 days Monday to Saturday on a 5 week rolling rotation:


• Monday to Thursday 10:30 - 21:30, Friday 09:30 - 20:30, Saturday 07:00 - 18:00


• This works out to working 181 days of the year
