Full Job Description

The Admissions Service is responsible for ensuring that the Council, and other admission authorities, meet their statutory duties in allocating school places across the borough. We are committed to ensuring that children are placed in school swiftly and that admission arrangements are fair and transparent. We are a highly regarded service with an outstanding reputation and strive to remain that way.

The role involves providing clerical and admin support to the team and will include a large amount of data entry for which high levels of concentration are essential.
